A rare Swiss silver open faced marksman’s pocket watch with a heavy matching silver watch chain, circa 1914. Precision movement with a fine adjusting device. Cuvette inscribed with medals and Longines 5 Grands Prix Paris-Anvers-Paris Milan Bruxelles. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and rose gold hands. Relief case marked Landesausstellungsschiessen Bern 1914. It comes with the original box, also marked Landesausstellungsschiessen Bern 1914; another watch chain made of horsehair with a silver medal pendant due to the shooting match belongs to this watch, marked Johann Maurer. Case numbered, dial signed, movement signed and numbered.
