An early and heavy Swiss 14 carat gold hunting cased quarter repeating chronograph lever pocket watch, circa 1870. Interesting precision lever movement with 3/4 plate, repeating the hours and quarter hours, chronograph, blued steel screws. Cuvette inscribed: Repetition Chronographe. White enamel dial with black Roman hours and red second division, blued steel hands. Engine-turned case. Case and cuvette numbered.
