Completely enamelled pendant watch by François Laurier

A French 20 carat gold and enamel ‘school of Blois’ pendant watch, circa 1640 and 1650. Very fine and early verge movement with pillars in shape of vases, two armed balance wheels without hairspring. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and gold hands. Case with elaborate, very detailed mythological scenes to the front and back, lateral four cartouches with landscape paintings, two very elaborate paintings with castle view to the inside. Signed movement.
