Extremely rare submarine gyro sextant of the German Kriegsmarine, Deutsche Seewarte Hamburg, circa 1942. Comes with original, numbered, wooden box with two spare bulbs and instruction manual. Sextant with black lacquered case, circa 37 cm long, type plate ‘gtl’, device number 616-42A, type SKS-3D, pneumatically driven.
