A rare Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set open faced cylinder pocket watch made for the Arabian market, circa 1870. Fine quality cylinder movement, wolf’s toothed winding wheels. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, filigree steel hands. The case back with the representation of an Arab, headband set with diamonds. Comes with a matching gold and enamel brooch, also set with diamonds. Case numbered, cuvette signed.
