A technical rare and early Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced pocket watch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, moon age and retrograde date, circa 1875. Glazed, precision lever movement. White enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, blued steel hands. The perpetual calendar with a retrograde date display according to the patent of Marius LeCoultre. Engine-turned case. Case signed and numbered, dial signed.
