A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced montre perpetuel lever pocket watch, circa 1930. Extremely rare and thin precision lever automatic movement montre perpetuel, Geneva striping decoration. Engine turned dial with Roman hours and outer minute dots, 60-hour power reserve indicator, subsidiary seconds, blued steel Breguet hands. Very heavy engine turned case, the back with a polished cartouche inscribed PF 18 Mai. Case and movement numbered, dial signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers. Comes with the original box, the inside also signed Breguet.

This piece was overhauled in Paris in 2019. According to Breguet’s archives, the watch was sold to Colonel Bryce on 18 May 1930.
