Gold keyless lever watch made for the Ukrainian market

A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1910. Retailed by Louis Schwartz in Odessa, Ukraine. The gilded brass movement with a going barrel, train of gold wheels, equilibrated straight line moustache lever escapement, compensated balance with gold poising screws and blued steel hairspring with terminal curve, and patented index regulator with a snail cam adjuster. White enamel dial with Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued spade hands. Guilloché to the case back. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered.
