An English gilt silver pair cased quarter repeating verge pocket watch with chatelaine, Hallmarked London 1691-1747. Early verge movement, repeating the hours and quarter hours. Silver cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, blued steel hands. Inner and outer case pierced, the outer case with portrait cartouches and elaborate decoration, the inner case is decorated with animals and a cartouche with town scene, replaced bell.
Cuvette signed and numbered and movement signed. Comes with a matching gilt chatelaine.
