A rare and very early Swiss rose gold hunting cased minute repeating lever pocket watch with perpetual calendar, moon phase and age of the moon, circa 1870. Top-quality precision lever movement, gold wheels, wolf’s toothing, balance lever, seven complications, repeating the hours, quarter hours and minutes. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, aperture for moon phases and lunar calendar, three subsidiary dials for date, day and month with constant seconds, rose gold hands. Engine turned case, blanc cartouche. Case numbered, movement signed.
