A unique Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating lever pocket watch, circa 1901. Retailed by Tiffany. Very fine Patek Philippe precision lever movement, repeating the hours, quarter hours and minutes. The cuvette with engraved dedication, a present to Mister C. de Heredia 1902. White enamel dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands. Case with enamelled coat of arms on the back. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers. Comes in a special 3-part original wooden box with a gold monogram, C DE H (corresponding to the dedication on the cuvette) and an extract of the archives.
