Gold  lever with rare crown winding

A technically interesting Swiss 18 carat gold open faced lever pocket watch with rare crown winding in the manner of Courvoisier and fine enamel en grisaille painting, circa 1880. Glazed, early lever movement, in the manner of Courvoisier, Patent No. 1114 of 1873. Very fine enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, showing the four seasons with angels, subsidiary seconds, rose gold hands. Case with a monogram over engine turned on the back.
