An unusually large and heavy Swiss 14 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating lever pocket watch with chronograph, circa 1890. Glazed, highly complicated precision lever movement, Le Phare calibre, repeating the minutes, intermediate wheel chronograph. Cuvette inscribed with medals. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer 1/5-second register, subsidiary seconds and gold Louis XV hands. Plain case. Cuvette signed and numbered.
