A Swiss, yellow gold, enamel, and diamond set open faced keyless lever pendant watch, circa 1908. The watch features a gilt finished, jewelled lever movement with a bimetallic compensation balance. It has a silvered guilloché dial, signed by Vacheron & Constantin Genève, with a flat chapter ring showcasing Breguet numerals, an outer minute track, and gilt Breguet style hands. The 18k yellow gold case includes a blue guilloché enamel hinged back, diamond set filigree work, a blue guilloché enamel bezel, and a cuvette signed by Vacheron & Constantin Genève.

The case is in very good condition overall. The blue enamel features flower motifs and shows no hairlines. However, multiple decorative quality diamonds are missing from the case back. The yellow gold cuvette and hinged back have surface scratches and some patina. The dial is heavily patinated, with light surface scratches throughout, particularly near the 4 o’clock position. There are also some tiny dark spots near the centre arbour. The movement is functioning correctly.
