A fine American 18 carat yellow gold full hunter pocket watch made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, circa 1900. It has a hand wound mechanical pendant winding movement signed Tiffany & Co., New York. The white enamel dial, also signed Tiffany & Co. New York, features black Roman numerals for the hours, a black railroad minute track, a small subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel pear shaped hands. The timepiece is housed in a round 18 carat solid yellow gold full hunter case with a hinged reverse back cover decorated with engraved initials, an interior signed Tiffany & Co. Makers, an 18 carat gold inner dust cover frame, a fluted winding crown, and a sturdy suspension bow.
