An elegant Swiss 18K yellow gold keyless dress pocket watch, circa 1950. Accompanied by Patek Philippe pouch. A polished and brushed case, inclined stepped bezel, flat band, snap-on back. Brushed silver dial with applied yellow gold baton hour indexes, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial and yellow gold dauphine hands. Rhodium plated, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, stamped with the seal of Geneva quality mark, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
