A very fine and thin Swiss 18 carat gold manual wind concealed watch set into a U.S. 20 dollar coin dated 1904, made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1980. The rhodium plated movement with Geneva Striping decoration, 18 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance spring and an index regulator. Champagne coloured dial with painted baton indexes and Arabic hour numerals, outer minute division and original blued steel hands. Coin opening with a push piece concealed in the band. Dial signed, case signed and numbered.
