A fine and unusual German chromed open faced keyless lever pocket timer for 1/100ths of a second with seconds and minutes registers, circa 1950. Matte gilt movement, straight-line lever escapement, fast beating gilt balance, flat balance spring, micrometre regulator. White enamel dial painted with three subsidiary dials for the 1/100ths of a second, 60 seconds and 12 minute registers, original black hands. Polished case, inclined bezel. Dial and movement signed.
