A fine, rare and unusual Swiss 18 carat gold, platinum and diamond-set ring watch, circa 1950. Rhodium-plated movement, 17 jewels, lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Brushed gilt dial with black baton indexes and original blued steel baton hands. Square case, polished and brushed, cylindrical shoulders with platinum sides set with a total of 12 round diamonds.
