A very fine, elegant, thin and rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced tonneau-shaped keyless lever pendant watch, circa 1975. Straight-line lever escapement, 19 jewels, monometallic balance.Silver dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes and yellow gold baton hands. A plain case. Dial signed, case numbered.
