An English gilt metal and under painted horn pair cased pocket watch, circa 1800. Gilt full plate fusee verge movement, pierced and engraved balance cock, baluster pillars, silver regulation. White enamel dial, black Arabic numerals, black outer minute divisions and later gilt spade hands. Polished gilt metal inner case, under painted horn outer case with butterfly decoration. Movement signed, case stamped ‘TL’.
