Gold minute repeating lever chronograph by Patek Philippe

A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating split seconds chronograph keyless lever, circa 1901. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. Nickel finished jewelled lever movement, minute repeating on two steel hammers on two gongs. Gold cuvette inscribed Tiffany & Co. J.N.C. from R.R.C. 1895 April 1905. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, two subsidiary dials for 60 minute and 12 hour registers. Hinged case back engraved with motto ‘Over Fork Over’, repeating slide with locking bolt in the band, split seconds chronograph activated through the crown and button in the band. Case, cuvette and movement numbered by watchmaker, case and dial signed by retailer.
