A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced two train minute repeating stoppable center seconds watch with flying 1/4th of a second, circa 1890. Mechanical two train movement, 41 jewels, minute repeating on two hammers. Gold cuvette.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and seconds ring, centre seconds and sunk flying 1/4ths of a second dial. Plain case, repeating slide and seconds start/stop button in the ribbed band. Case and cuvette signed and numbered, dial and movement signed. Comes with original certificate and box.
