Hunting cased repeating chronograph with moon phases by Patek Philippe

A fine, rare Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating chronograph keyless lever watch with moon phases, circa 1894. Nickel finished lever jewelled movement, minute repeating on two polished steel hammers onto two gongs, activated through a slide in the band. Engraved cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute divisions, blued steel spade hands, four subsidiary dials for day and month in French, date combined with constant seconds and 30 minute register combined with phases of the moon. Heavy plain case, chronograph operated through a button in the band. Case, cuvette, dial, and movement signed, case and movement numbered.
