Rare complicated lever watch by Patek Philippe

A fine, rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, circa 1890. Nickel finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, cam regulator, wolf’s tooth winding. Rose gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials for day and month in French, date combined with constant seconds, phases of the moon combined with lunar calendar and blued spade hands. Polished case, reeded bezel and rims, monogrammed hinged back cover. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed and numbered.
