A fine, heavy Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating chronograph lever pocket watch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, circa 1890. Jewelled keyless lever movement, minute repeating on two hammers onto two gongs. Glazed rose gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials indicating day in French, date, month in French combined with leap year indicator and constant seconds combined with moonphases. Large case, minute repeating activated by a slide in the band, chronograph activated by a button at 12 o’clock. Case numbered.
