A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless lever minute repeating perpetual calendar chronograph watch with moon phases, circa 1865. Jewelled lever movement, minute repeating on two steel hammers onto two gongs. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials indicating day in French, date, month in French combined with leap year indicator and constant seconds combined with phases of the moon. Plain case, minute repeating slide in the band, chronograph mechanism activate through the button at 12 o’clock. Cuvette, dial and movement signed.
