A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless dress watch made by Patek Philippe, circa 1908. An ultra thin nickel finished jewelled lever movement. White enamel dial with Breguet hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and fine hands. Both bezels and the base of the bow are decorated with dark blue, white and gold champlevé enamel, the hinged case back features the blue enamelled monogram WVB and a gold cuvette. Case, dial and movement signed, movement and case numbered.
