A Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless lever watch, circa 1890. Keyless lever movement, 30 jewels, minute repeating on two hammers onto two gongs, glazed dust cover. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with black Roman numerals, inner red Arabic 24 hour numerals and subsidiary seconds. Large case, both covers engraved almost identically with scrolls, foliate swags and musical instruments, the front with monogrammed centre and the reverse with a floral centre, repeating slide in the band. Signed LeCoultre under a hammer to base plate, case and cuvette numbered, case stamped with anvil and hammer, cuvette stamped GT.
