A Dutch verge pocket watch in a plain silver case, circa 1740. Full plate fire gilt signed movement with square baluster pillars. Pierced and engraved balance cock, pierced and engraved plate for the silver regulator disc. Plain three arm gilt balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. White enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, blued beetle and poker hands. Plain silver inner case, silver pendant and bow. Fine silver outer case.
