A very fine Swiss, elegant, thin, keyless, 18 Carat pink gold, diamond and ruby, skeletonized dress watch, circa 1980. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate. A solid, polished case, stepped bezel, front bezel and bow set with 55 round diamonds and 8 rubies, sapphire crystals. With hours indentations. Blued steel feuille hands. A gilt brass movement, skeletonized and hand engraved, 20 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, self compensating Breguet balance spring. Case and movement signed.
