Gold verge with shagreen outer case

Chased gold watch with a musical scene on the outer case, signed by ‘Abr. Collomby, London, but probably made in Genèva 1730-1740. The silver hands set with brilliants. The watch indicates the days of the month. The inner case with mark ‘FA’, gilt finished verge movement, finely pierced and engraved balance cock. Chased gilt dial with Roman numerals. Plain inner case, outer case with repoussé scene, outer shagreen and gilt pinwork protective case.
