An English solid hunting cased 18 carat gold pocket watch hallmarks 1889. Very fine high-quality English lever movement with four screwed chatons, split bimetallic balance with diamond endstone, main plate signed and numbered, signed: Sewill Liverpool, maker to the Royal Navy. Kew certificate Class A.
Signed white enamel dial, excellent condition, subsidiary seconds at six o’clock, Roman hours, Arabic seconds, outer minutes, blued steel spade hands.
Fine and fully engraved hunting case. Three gold lids.Cuvette with the owner’s name.
