Astronomical half hunting pocket watch

A very fine, heavy, astronomical minute repeating half hunting cased pocket watch with chronograph, perpetual calendar and moon phase, circa 1898. 18k gold case, polished, inlaid radial Roman hours, gold dome, pusher for chronograph at “12”, slide for repeating mechanism, case maker punch mark “FT” (Frederick Thoms). Enamel dial, radial Roman hours, four subsi- diary dials for auxiliary seconds combined with moon phase and lunar calendar, day, date and month combined with leap year indication, blued spade hands. 4/5 plate movement, frosted, gilt, signed, screwed chatons, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, English lever escapement, gold screw compensation balance, blued balance spring, chatoned diamond endstone on balance.
