18 Carat gold open face case, with 5-part lateral hinge, both sides glazed, rare movement, full skeletonized, engraved and gilt, balance cock signed Williamson, white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, winding trough the dial, gilt hands. 5 Arm polished steel balance.
