An extraordinarily, attractive pocket chronometer with a 2/3 plate similar to the Glashütte design, circa 1860.
Extremely interesting chronometer movement of very fine quality with diamond endstone, Glashütte design with 2/3 plate, spring chronometer escapement, drive via chain and worm. Enamel dial in very good condition with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and gold pear hands. Original silver polished case with gold hinges and 900 silver hallmark. Case and movement with matching numbers.
