An early London pair cased verge watch in very beautiful condition, circa 1739.
Silver pair cases with watchpaper and hallmarks London 1739. Early version and splendid fire gilt verge movement with worm gear, grotesque face and the main plate signed and numbered. Signed silver champlevé dial with Roman numerals, Arabic minutes and  probably original Poker & Beetle steel hands.
