Masonic silver pair cased verge pocket watch

An English verge with Masonic dial in silver pair cases, circa 1818. Full plate fusee movement with round pillars. Pierced and engraved round cock bearing a swan in a shield-shaped cartouche, the table repaired with a brass plate. Gilt Bosley regulator on the top plate. Plain three-arm steel balance. White enamel dial, the central polychrome enamel scene with a checkerboard floor, all seeing eye, beehive and ark. The sun, moon and some of the tools were picked out in gilt. Arabic numerals, and pierced gold hands. Silver oval pendant and bow, maker’s mark SP.
