A fine English gilt brass pair cased quarter repeating watch, circa 1770, gilt verge movement, balance cock pierced and engraved with scrolls, plate engraved.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic numerals, first case pierced and engraved with stylized fish and the face of the wind, second case pierced with scrolls, the case back with a repousse scene from classical mythology, movement and dust cover signed.
