Gold cylinder lady’s pendant watch

A fine and very rare Swiss, 18K gold and enamel miniature, half hunting cased, keyless lady’s pendant watch, circa 1867. A polished case, the front cover with a small glazed aperture encircled by blue champlevé radial Roman numerals and inner minute track, the back cover with a dark blue and red champleve enamel monogram MM. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel spade hands. A frosted gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, cylinder escapement, three-arm frosted gilt balance with flat blued steel balance spring, index regulator. Cuvette signed, case numbered.
