A very fine, elegant and thin, 18K yellow gold, diamond-set, skeletonized, keyless dress watch, circa 1980. Accompanied by its original fitted box. The band is set with 65 round white diamonds, the bow set with 8 round diamonds, glazed on both sides, sapphire crystals, winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire. Transparent dial, black of feuille hands. Gilt brass movement, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Case and movement signed.
