A fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch, circa 1942. This watch features a manual winding mechanical lever movement. It has an enamel dial with applied Roman numerals and baton indexes, subsidiary seconds, outer minute divisions, and gold baton hands. The polished case has a snap on back. It is inscribed on the back: Gustave Ferraz, 25ème Anniversaire, Ste Ame Ed. Laurens, 1944. Both the dial and movement are signed. The watch comes with an extract from the archives mentioning the date of purchase on 29/12/1942.
