A very fine Swiss Art Deco dress watch with precision movement, circa 1930. This timepiece features an 18K gold case, movement, and dial, all bearing the signature of Patek Philippe. The case is numbered 417419, while the movement is numbered 199484. It boasts a remarkable Patek Philippe precision lever movement with a patented fine-adjusting device, moustache lever, wolf’s toothing, and Geneva stripes. The original silvered dial showcases an enamelled minute ring, a subsidiary dial for the seconds, and possibly original gold dauphine hands.
