A rare Swiss 18 Carat yellow gold cabriolet pocket watch, circa 1980. Made in a limited edition of 250 pieces. A solid, polished case, stepped bezel and back, the inner case rotating to either conceal or expose the dial as required and release the button in the pendant. Gold hinged cuvette, underneath an extra cover with two apertures for winding/setting. White enamel dial with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and black and gold Breguet hands. A hand engraved, gilt brass movement, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometre regulator.
