A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1910. Retailed by A.A. Everts Co. The manual wind nickel lever movement with 20 jewels, a swan neck regulator and wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with black Breguet hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gilt Louis XV hands. The polished case with a hinged cuvette. Dial, case and movement signed by the watchmaker, case and movement additionally signed by the retailer.
