A French 18 carat yellow gold open faced pendant winding lever pocket watch by Leroy & Fils, circa 1900. The movement has a bimetallic compensating balance and lever escapement. The white enamel dial features Arabic numerals, outer railway minute divisions, a sunk subsidiary dial for constant seconds, and spade hands; one hand needs refastening. The case is 18 carat yellow gold with a monogram and a double gold cup engraved Leroy & Fils.
