A very fine, thin and elegant French, Belle Epoque, 18 Carat gold and enamel keyless dress pocket watch by Cartier Paris, Londres circa 1910. Knife edge band, back cover with alternating gold and translucent green stripes, white enamel dot border resembling split pearls, center with swirling foliate rosette, bezel with white and translucent green enamel border. Silver dial, sunburst engine turned with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, blued steel Breguet hands. Gilt brass movement, bar caliber, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bi metallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
Dial and movement adapter ring signed, case numbered.
