Gold cylinder pocket watch with open face

A French fine gold enamel lady’s pocket watch, circa 1822-1838.
Gilt movement, jewelled movement, cylinder escapement, key winding. Silvered engine-turned dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track and gold Breguet-style hands. Gold enamel case; back fully decorated with flowers, chased and engraved bezel and band. Stamped inside case: 3507. Struck inside the case: FM, an arrow between, in a horizontal lozenge (unrecorded maker’s mark); struck on stem, anvil mark on the opposite side: head of an ox between numerals 6 and 7 (special mark for clocks and watches, France 1822–38; this punch for Lyon).
