18 K gold high-grade case with 5-part lateral hinge, deep floral engraving on back and opening button with diamonds. Fine, signed verge movement. Extravagant enamel dial with diamonds, Roman hours, Arabic minutes and original hour hand also with diamonds (minute hand missing). Corresponding splendid, fire gilt chatelaine.
