A French silver double dialled watch with a mock pendulum and compass, circa 1810. Gilded full plate movement featuring a verge escapement, fusee and chain mechanism, cylindrical pillars, and a decorative diamond endstone. It includes a subsidiary meantime dial with Roman numerals, surrounded by intricately engraved scrolling flowers and foliage, along with two central subsidiary dials for seconds and a white enamel compass. The second dial showcases sunray engraved decoration, a central aperture revealing the balance with a mock pendulum, an upper regulation dial, a winding aperture at the base, and two cartouches engraved with quivers and a bow, signed Breguet et Fils.
